To make a new proposal:

  1. Click the Edit button at the top of this page (you must be logged into the wiki). If you need detailed help, see the Wikipedia article on Editing pages.
  2. Copy the two lines of editable text beginning "N. TITLE" and paste them beneath to create a new proposal section.
  3. Change N to the next number, and fill in a title.
  4. Fill in DATE and YOURNAME.
  5. Mail your proposal to the list using subject line "PROPOSAL N. TITLE", e.g. "PROPOSAL 999. Let's all take a holiday".
  6. Append any further information, as needed. Just do what others do.
