Open Assembly [1] - began as pirate-politics [2], an open source political organization framework for the American Pirate Party, a now defunct attempt at forming a political party on the internet through Reddit. It has evolved through feedback from Occupy Wall Street into a configurable consensus engine that is allows for majority or consensus based decisions through a proposal/response model. It employs Schulze method as a way of ranking responses and a trust network which will be used to detect sockpuppets.
