Living platform project

The Living Platform was a crowd sourced political platform using wiki. Method was used in 2004 for the Green Party's national platform in Canada. The method (based on the Issue-Position-Argument deliberation tree) worked quite well for a smaller organization '000's of members, and probably would scale ok to 10,000's, after that more managed interfaces would be needed.
