Taringa!
From Metagovernment - Government of, by, and for all the people
Taringa! is an Argentinian social network about entertaining and link-sharing. It allows registered users to post and rate other users posts. In order to achieve this last, they receive certain number of points per day to spend on them; the number varies depending on the user's score. The sum of points gained by all his/her posts determines the score. Rankings of users and posts are elaborated weekly.
